Dear American people:

  The thought I write in English now has been known by a lot of people but in the form of (traditinal) Chinese. The Chinese version has been written more than months ago. But I am so busy and do not know how to express it in a way of legitimate English. I do not take those US-QEs as they should be that way, I think it is the most innovative idea in the 21 century. What it counts depends on a lot of coordinations, such as a lower US dollar currency, a more coordinate trade policy America has to deal with its partner countries, a more advanced tax system America needs to rennovate itself and a more IT and industrial revolution America needs to bring to the world. That is what the Japan-QEs lack, but the Ch-QEs care. If American people just want to know whether the liquidity of US financial markets is solved, the answer is yes. Then the QE can be stopped. If American want to know if all those problems in the USA are solved, the answers will be no. It has not been solved yet. Americans should try hard to fix their system problem, such as their medicare and their tax reform issues.

  (Here I should remind the readers, before 1997, the RMB depreciates from 4.5 RMB/per USD to 8 RMB/per USD. That is the reason why China has such a great growth moment more than two decades.)

  I have to say that the China-QE will not stop because they are fully aware that the China old-days growth depending on the cheaper manpower is over. The chinese government faces an even severe umnepmloyment issue than we think today. Now the RMB appreciates every day for a longer period of time, we expect it will just go on for several years. A lot of people think the RMB is overvalued, but the Chinese government does not dare to let RMB depreciate. At the same time, we do not see any sign that Chinese government stop using its QE to promote its domestic trade activities. Therefore, we know that the China-QE is coordinated with other structural reforms in China. It is not seen in the US-QEs, that is why scholars recommend the USA may stop using US-QEs. If the thing goes well, people expect service categoies in China may create some values with the coordinated China-QE. It is what we expect the US-QEs to have the same effect long time ago.

 Unfortunately, we just see the wealth redistribution in the USA which makes the rich even richer but the poor even poorer. There is an calculation saying that the ten percent US citizens own more than half the US total wealth and the twenty percent US people own more than 75 to 80 percent of the US total wealth. It is an unbelievable fact. I think it is a serious warning to the USA. The monthly salary of ordinary people in the USA falls back to the level of end of 1990's(around 15 years ago). It is a warning sign that the US-QEs should coordinate the tax-code reform with the Obamacare medication reform. If it is not, then it should be abandoned.

  The wealth redistribution is an important part with the success of US-QEs. I think Americans are in title to know the truth. I beg all American people to the issue of "PLEASE do not let America become another Japan." Let America to be a nation like China which is a nation whose people have tons of money in their pockets and have confidence to their own future.
