My Dear American fellows:

  My country, the Republic of China, the one you call it Taiwan, faces a big problem right now. I have to ask your help for this unresolved problem. All those years, I know the USA is a great nation which loves to help the innocent people all around the world. Now we need it. I really hope Americans can help us on this unresolved issue.

  Our Dean of Legislature Yuan, Mr. Wang Jing-Pin(王金平先生), accidently broke the law and asked the Minister of Justice not to recharge a specific law case. Based on this reason, his duty is relieved by our president, Mr. Ma Ying-Jeou, as Mr. Wang who was annominated by the Kuomintang(KMT). Our president, Mr. Ma, thought that Mr. Wang broke the law and used the power of the Dean, the Legislature Yuan, to ask the Minister of Justice not to charge a suspect, Mr. Ker Chien-ming(柯建銘先生), also a lawmaker of another party, the Democreatic Progressive Party (DPP). Mr. Ma thought what Mr. Wang and Mr. Ker did seriously damages our law system. Our president asked the Dean of Legislature Yuan, Mr. Wang Jing-Pin(王金平先生), to resign from his position. Unfortunately, he refused to do that. Our president, Mr. Ma Ying-jeou, had to removed Mr. Wang's party memebership which also caused the Dean lose his seat in our congress, the Legislature Yuan. Mr. Wang's seat is nominated by the KMT and the reason he can get the seat according to the total votes of our people calculated from the whole nation. As the Kunimtang(KMT) revoked his party membership, the once Dean, Mr. Wang Jing-Pin (王金平先生), lost his party membership and his seat in our Legislature Yuan. Mr. Wang also lost the title, the Dean of the Legislature Yuan. His seat losing was also reclaimed by our Central Election Commission. Mr. Wang was no longer our congressman anymore, but many people think the other way.

  Mr. Wang didn't want to surrender to the fact, he filed a lawsuit to the court to reclaim his party membership even he already lost the seat the day before yesterday. And he also used his people in the Legislature Yuan to delay the process of his own seat revocation. Mr. Wang chose not to leave his office. 

  My Dear American people, our country is in a jeopardy right now. Our country has faced a difficult situation. It may make our Legislature Yuan stop working on the law-making as each one wishes. I urge you to give us a big hand because our leaders do not know how to solve this conflict between our president and the dean of Legislature Yuan. Poeple's selfishness may cause our nation not to have the trade agreement with Mainland China passed in time. It also delay the further talk with the Singapore. It will let the world investors investing heavily in our nation to have a tremendous loss. I have to ask your help for the resolution of this situation.

  Could you send a group of people here to resolve our constitutional crisis? Mr. Wang had lost his seat in our congress, the Legislature Yuan, but he didn't want to leave. We need your help on this issue as the USA is the stronger supporter of our nation. We learn our democracy from the USA. We need your help badly. I am begging you to help us now.
